  Pathetic customer service. Ordered and paid for a washing machine and was given a delivery date and the day before scheduled delivery I called to verify that the deliver was going to happen, they had lost it. Will be doing all of our big box purchases from Home Depot in the future. I've always heard that the management at Lowe's was inferior to HD and I guess it's true...

  The service is better than the last few times were were there. If you are looking for a Christmas present for your husband go to Lowes they have a great selection.

  This place is always under staffed. The employees are always freindly, but management has lost its ability to understand complete customer satisfaction. On just about every occasion, checkout lines are especially under staffed while several management team members sit in their offices and watch the lines grow several customers deep at times. Trying to contact a department by phone is also weak. Again...probably due to under staffed. Get up and help your team! I've heard that a competitor plans to build across the street. If and when they do, Lowes in Derby will lose me as a customer.
