  Disappointed is the gentlest term I could use for this HELL HOLE. If I could get the same unlimited service for the whole family and switch easily I would. This Sprint stores had continually treated me and many other customers with contempt and their laziness is obvious. I call ahead and ask if I can get a sim card and if they were busy. Was told they were not and I could be in and out. I promptly went and in the 10min commute they were busy. I couldn't get an estimate on the wait time. I asked if I would be waiting 9hrs or 15min, he would not give me any sort of guess. That guy is a detriment to the store. On my previous visit he tried to tell me the phone my mom bought was a security risk and any information on it would lead to her identity being stolen. Just bs, lame sales pitch. If possible goto the sprint store in derby. They want your business and will treat you as a human.
